September 5 – Deadline for: Registration Form & Fee (postmarked)
ASAP – Digital Images for Press Release (now for magazines or later for newspapers)
Aug 15th – Digital images for postcard
Submit one to three images of the work that you will display at the PGAC. 300 dpi JPEG 4”x6” vertical or horizontal, plain backgrounds, white or light best for newspaper, gradient, light or dark backgrounds OK for postcard. Images must be sharp, clear & properly exposed. Submit with title, dimensions, materials, and techniques.
Sept 28 Sunday – Drop off Jewelry & Sculpture under 5lbs. with labels & Artist’s statement.
Each piece must be in a zip lock bag with a label inside. Put your name on the box you deliver your work in. Bring a 1 page copy of your label info & give it to Jan or Penny.
Monterey: Jan Sheridan – 1-3pm or by appointment prior to this date.
Santa Cruz: Penny Waller – 12-4pm or by appointment prior to this date.
Oct 4 Saturday 9:30 am – 4:30pm – Shadow box Assembly Day

Oct 18 Saturday 12-4pm – Drop off Shadow Boxes and Sculpture

(No jewelry accepted at this time) (Sculpture must have labels attached)
Attention!!!!! 12-2pm the curator is there to discuss special needs for installation of 3d work.
Oct 24 Friday 7-9pm – Opening Reception for Artists
Dec 12 Friday 12-4pm – Pickup Art Work at Pacific Grove Art Center
Sculpture over 5lbs must be picked up at this time. PGAC charges $25.00 a day for unclaimed work.
Shadow boxes will be dismantled at this time; jewelry can be picked up after 2pm, come early and help.
6 -8 Volunteers needed !!!
Dec 14 Sunday – Alternate Pick Up Location for jewelry & small scale sculpture.
