Before you get started, you must be logged into your mbmag.org account.
Please try to finish within 48 hours from logging into your account., The software behind the website will automatically log you out. As long as you don’t close the browser, you can enter data for 48 hours after login. To ensure you have 48 hours, log out and then log back in to mbmag.org
While entering data on the form, you may click the SAVE button at the bottom of the form to save your data. Click the “Load” button at the top right next to the latest time/date to load your most recent data back into the form
The green bar at the top of the form shows progress towards form completion.
