About the gallery: Lireille – Gallery of Contemporary Jewelry and Art is a museum style gallery that carries contemporary art jewelry and fine arts from over 40 emerging and nationally acclaimed artists. The gallery also custom design unique and artful non-traditional engagement rings and wedding bands.
For the second year, Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild (MBMAG) is excited to present a gallery exhibition opportunity at Many Hands Gallery in Capitola this February 2012. This is a local high quality gallery, a great chance for our members to exhibit and market their work in a gallery setting.
All pieces submitted to this show must be for sale and priced with commissions to the gallery in mind. The theme is Made with Love and may be interpreted as you wish.
We are looking for high quality, predominately metal jewelry and small sculpture (maximum of 3’ high). One to two pieces may be entered into this show. The entry fee is $20.00. All entrants must be 2012 members of MBMAG ($35 per year).
The MBMAG co-chairs are Dorie Green and Toni Danzig.

Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild is excited to present two gallery exhibition opportunities this fall, from November to the beginning of January. You may enter either or both shows, see attached entry form.
Many of our members have been looking for new exhibit opportunities, so not only is this an opportunity to enhance your resume, but also a chance to market work in a gallery setting. All pieces submitted to these shows must be for sale and priced with commissions to the gallery in mind. (Z Folio: 60% Artist/ 40% Gallery, and Lireille: 50% / 50% ). We will run these shows concurrently, gathering work for both shows at collection points here in Santa Cruz and Monterey, so you need not contact either gallery directly.

The MBMAG co-chairs for these concurrent exhibitions are Barbara Banducci and Melissa Offutt. Barbara Banducci will process the entry forms. The entry fee is $40 for for both shows if you sign up before June 15 and after that, $50 until July 31. Entry fees are nonrefundable and you must be a current, paid-up MBMAG member. February 1 – 28, 2011 at Many Hands Gallery, Capitola
Talented artists of the Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild have passionately created a wide selection of high quality jewelry and metal objects. The pieces, in a wide range of styles, will be available for purchase at the Many Hands Gallery in Capitola during the month of February.
The one-of-the kind pieces are handcrafted using a variety of techniques ranging from traditional gold- and silversmithing, forging, soldering, and casting to enameling. Items include necklaces, rings, pendants, earrings, cuffs and more.

When inspiration strikes, some artists reach, not for canvas and paint, but for silver, copper and a torch. A new exhibit at the Pacific Grove Art Center celebrates the metal artists of the Central Coast and their expert craftsmanship and designs.
Forty artists of the Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild have created one-of-a-kind art objects, sculpture, and fine jewelry on the theme, Sanctuary. They were inspired by our beautiful area and how places of serenity enrich our lives and world.
The exhibit begins on October 29th and runs until December 16, 2010. Admission is free Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday 12 to 5pm and Sunday 1 to 4pm.
Come enjoy their shimmering creations, and treat yourself to a delightful and unique art experience.
